Japanese cultural properties information publicized by Japanese government (Agency for cultural affairs) is built as an Android application.You can search cultural properties by conditions (class, location, ...) or by text matching (to part of the name, category, era,...).
The search result is diplayed as text based list and markers on map.Heritage (cultural properties) information is based on data publicized with location information by Agency for cultural affairs at the following site as of September 2016.
http://kunishitei.bunka.go.jp/bsys/index_pc.aspYou need Internet access to display map in this application.Applications user interface for search function is translated into English (for non-Jpanese locales) but all of cultural properties data (name, category, location,...) in resulting screen is provided in Japanese as they are publicized.
